Ashley delivered us a superb staff training in Trauma Informed Yoga to our yoga teaching team. Her presentation was well structured and informative and she held the space in an attentive and sensitive way. Ashley has a really lovely delivery of information - intelligent, accessible and clearly passionate about the subject. I would wholeheartedly recommend her! “
